Looking back at Celosphere 2025

From November 4 to 5, 2025, Munich once again became the meeting place for the process intelligence community. Celosphere, Celonis’ flagship event, brought together thought leaders, transformation managers, and technology enthusiasts from around the world with a common goal: to make digital transformation measurable, scalable, and value-adding through process intelligence.

H&Z.digital was also represented by a strong team—on stage, in discussions at our booth, and as part of a movement that not only analyzes data but also translates it into business value.

“Follow the data. Lead the pack.” – Our slogan at Celosphere

In today’s business world, it is no longer enough to simply visualize processes. What counts is taking the bold step from insight to implementation – from scattered insights to structured, strategic impact.

It was precisely this focus that our consultants brought to the Celosphere:

🎤 Dr. Tobias S. “Doc T” Witte:

„Why You Need a Process Intelligence Competency Center“

In his session, Tobias Witte demonstrated why a Process Intelligence Competency Center (CoE) is much more than just an organizational construct. It is a company’s digital value creation engine – if set up correctly. Five principles for success were highlighted:

  1. Vision before structure: Only those who know their “why” will be able to effectively shape the “how.”

  2. Making value visible: No business case without a value case.

  3. Pilot. Learn. Scale. – Iteration beats perfection.

  4. Communication as a driving force: alignment instead of silos.

  5. Empowerment instead of control: People make the difference.

The result? Organizations with a clearly defined CoE scale their process optimization significantly faster—with up to 50% higher ROI and 30% faster payback.

🎤 Bastian Blum:

„Identify. Frame. Realize – Your Value Journey Starts Here“

The second day focused on how organizations can bridge the gap between operational analysis and strategic impact. Bastian used specific use cases to illustrate:

  • how to systematically identify value potential,

  • how to link these to the business strategy (framing),

  • and how to prioritize measures for sustainable value realization.

His conclusion: Process intelligence only becomes effective when it forms the basis for decision-making—and sets the organization in motion.

H&Z.digital live on site – discussions, exchanges, perspectives

In addition to the sessions, dialogue was the focus. At our booth—unmistakable thanks to pink ties, blue jackets, and, of course, our wolf “Rudi”—we held numerous discussions with decision-makers, data experts, and transformation teams from industry, services, and the public sector. The common denominator? The desire to move from tools to real results – and to rely on a partner who combines technology with business impact.

Curious to find out where hidden potential lies within your organization?

Our interactive Value Calculator makes it easy to get started:

The tool is free of charge and offers a quick, data-driven introduction to your individual value journey.

Conclusion: Process data is not an end in itself—it is the key to transformation.

Celosphere 2025 has demonstrated once again that process intelligence is not just an analysis platform—it is a management tool. Companies that consistently translate data-based decisions into control and implementation gain a real competitive advantage: faster decisions, more targeted measures, and measurable success.

We would like to thank Celonis and the entire community for two days full of insights, exchange, and inspiration—and we look forward to the next steps. Because as we say:

Follow the data. Lead the pack.
