(SENIOR) CONSULTANT DATA ENGINEERING & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Your mission
- You will support our clients in designing, implementing, and operating modern data platforms and data management solutions in production
- In your role you will design data warehouse and lakehouse architectures from the initial idea through to live operation, bringing a clear understanding of clean software development
- Part of your responsibilities will be developing and operating robust ETL/ELT pipelines, not only with AI support, but also with the necessary focus on monitoring and reliable error handling
- You will structure and model data and implement high-performance data structures for analytics and BI applications, from the raw data layer through to the final data model
- In your capacity you will implement data quality and governance pragmatically, creating transparency and traceability across data flows
- Working closely with business departments, you will gather requirements in workshops and translate them into robust technical concepts that you or your colleagues will implement
- As a reliable point of contact for our clients, you will create enthusiasm for topics around data engineering and business intelligence
Your profile
- A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, data/analytics, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on data management, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of practical experience in data and project environments, ideally in consulting
- Implementation experience in at least one BI tool, ideally Power BI, Qlik Sense, or SAC, as well as a good understanding of modern BI solutions
- Data modelling, the development of ETL processes, and structured data processing have been a regular part of your project experience, including in the context of SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
- A solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and modern lakehouse architectures, as well as initial experience with analytics and BI setups
- Experience with specification-driven development when creating ETL pipelines and BI reports using AI tools, while ensuring quality and completeness
- A passion for consulting, a structured way of working, and teamwork
- Very good German and good English skills

Digital Project Manager AI & Automation Consulting
At any time, permanent contract, during the week mostly on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our office in Munich
Your mission
- As a Digital Project Manager AI & Automation Consulting, you will be part of the consulting teams working with our international and national clients, leading digitalization and tech projects with a clear focus on outcomes and implementation
- You will support the preparation of project materials, pitches and proposals, and accompany client projects from proposal development through to successful completion
- You will gather client requirements, analyze them in a structured way and independently develop solution approaches and robust recommendations
- You will design and facilitate workshops, particularly on digital topics and AI adoption, and work closely with clients, development teams and other stakeholders
- Part of your role will be to support clients in the conception, integration and implementation of AI and automation solutions, and to identify meaningful use cases along existing processes
- You will steer the development of digital solutions as well as the selection of architectures and tools such as Azure, n8n, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph and Power BI, and evaluate software solutions in terms of functionality, integration capability and ROI
Your profile
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree with a business, consulting or digital focus
- Experience in consulting and project environments is a must
- Solid experience working with AI tools and in the automation of processes, ideally in a consulting environment
- Initial experience translating technical requirements and a basic understanding of production-related architecture, AI-/-BI solutions and data-intensive environments
- A very good understanding of structured analyses of digital use cases, for example in the areas of market, IT architecture, processes or risks, as well as confidence working with different stakeholders
- A strong interest in independently learning how to use new tools and actively driving their adoption
- Enjoyment in communicating content clearly, both in writing through presentations and verbally in workshops and client meetings
- Fluency in German and English

Your mission
- Project responsibility: You independently lead Board implementation projects in enterprise planning, from requirements gathering through to go-live
- Solution consulting: Part of your role is to jointly design and optimize planning, forecasting, and reporting processes with the client, and to translate business requirements into robust solution and data models
- Hands-on implementation: You design and build customer-specific planning and reporting applications in Board, including the implementation of multidimensional data models, calculation procedures, and dashboards

Your profile
Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field
